With the Borner 10mm Blade Insert as an accessory for the V1 ClassicLine, V3 TrendLine and V6 ExclusiveLine, you can cut coarse sticks from firm fruit and vegetables.

The insert is particularly popular for cutting delicious French fries, re-function your slicer into the perfect French fries cutter! Whether homemade from potatoes, carrots, parsnips or sweet potatoes, fries simply taste better.
