The original Borner V6 ExclusiveLine is the stainless steel version of our popular Borner V3. The V6 vegetable slicer is particularly durable, thanks to the high-quality brushed stainless steel material! Whether thick, thin or extremely thin slices, fine strips (julienne) or coarse sticks (French fries), there are many possibilities. By cutting into the fruit with a knife beforehand, you can obtain thick cubes for soups and stews, for example. The elegant look in brushed stainless steel highlights the functional and modern design of the professional vegetable slicer.

The vegetable slicer is particularly durable and thus stands out from the other models.

The set consists of the stainless steel frame, a Slice Insert, the 3.5mm Blade Insert and 7mm Blade Insert and the Safety Insert, which serves on the one hand as a blade guard and on the other hand as an insert for medium slices when turning. The scope of delivery also includes the transparent Multibox in which all parts of the V6 stainless steel vegetable slicer can be stored in a space-saving and decorative way.

We always recommend using the supplied Borner Safety Food Holder. A 1.6mm, 4.5mm and 10mm Blade Insert are also available as additional accessories. Safe storage of the slicer, as well as the Safety Food Holder, is possible in the matching Multibox.
