Our popular Roko grater is now also available as an insert for our new Vital vegetable slicer.
With the Roko Insert you can cut fruit and vegetables into fine, thin julienne strips. Harder root vegetables such as carrots, celery, parsnips or kohlrabi are no problem for insertion. This is how you prepare delicious and healthy raw vegetable salads or vegetable spaghetti quickly and easily.
The double-sided blades of the Julienne Insert allow you to cut both while moving the vegetables downwards and when returning them.
